Killingworth voters were in favor of the budget by a large margin, while Haddam voters were split, turning down the budget by 5 votes.
The Regional School District 17 Budget for the 2013-2014 school year passed the referendum vote.
The total budget of $37,886,401.58 reflected a 0% increase over last year's budget.
