The Killingworth Library Association originally started in 1964, when 20 residents voted to form an adult lending…More library. Over the years, the library moved its space from the elementary school, to the town office building and then to an old schoolhouse. In 1995, the library opened in its new location, a beautiful open-beam construction featuring a reading garden, young adult and children's sections, and a full audiovisual collection. The Killingworth Library raises one-third of its operating budget every year and relies on the dedication of an active group of volunteers.

Visit the Killingworth Library on Facebook!

The restaurant offers authentic Italian thin crust pizza as well as a full menu of fresh toppings, specialty pizzas, generously portioned salads, subs and wings. Each location makes the dough fresh daily and the thin crust pizza is cooked on a hot stove. All of DaVinci's meat is purchased locally from Meadow Meat market in Middletown, which has developed a custom sausage for the restaurant group. Owners Drew and Carrie Sassi are constantly giving back to the community and support non-profits such as Helping Hands and the Killingworth Library. The Sassis also donate pizza to sell at each home sporting event game so the teams can raise money for equipment.
