The central office is home to the Superintendent, Financial and Payroll offices, Information Technology, Health Services and Athletic Department.</p> <p>The RSD 17 schools include Haddam-Killingworth High School, Haddam-Killingworth Middle School, Burr Elementary School, Haddam Elementary School and Killingworth Elementary School.</p>

The Killingworth Library Association originally started in 1964, when 20 residents voted to form an adult lending…More library. Over the years, the library moved its space from the elementary school, to the town office building and then to an old schoolhouse. In 1995, the library opened in its new location, a beautiful open-beam construction featuring a reading garden, young adult and children's sections, and a full audiovisual collection.
