The church incorporates music and art into sermon, and also offers personal prayer, counseling and encouragement. A nursery is provided for small children during services. The church also offers many programs to provide comfort and direction.</p> <p>Living Rock Church performs missionary work in Bolivia and Ukraine, where plans are under way to build a church.</p>

Members volunteer their time and skills at many local charities, including the American Red Cross short-term shelter, Youth and Family Services of Haddam-Killingworth and Middletown's Eddy Shelter.
