How can a Cougar become a LEO? By Joining the HK LEO Club!

New (and old) Members Meeting on Friday, February 15 in Room A114 during lunch.

Leadership. Experience. Opportunity. These are just a few of the rewards you will gain from participating in the HK Leo Club. They also happen to be the values that create the acronym of our club name.

HK Leo Club is an excellent way to earn community service hours, build a resume, and impress colleges.  The Leo Club works toward making Haddam and Killingworth a better place through community service projects.  Leos work alongside the Lions Club at various events and also perform community service projects of their own.

Lions clubs sponsor more than 5,700 Leo clubs in 140 countries. While helping others in their community, Leos develop leadership skills and experience teamwork in action. For more information about the Leo Club Program, visit the Leo Zone section of the Lions Web site at www.lionsclubs.org.

Interested? Please come to our new (and old) members meeting during lunch on Friday, February 15 in Room A114 at the high school. For more information, please call Tyler Cornell at 860-663-3095 or visit the LEOs on Facebook.
