Tea Time at the Nehemiah Brainerd House B&B

Several young girls enjoyed "An Experience of a Lifetime."

Last month, several young girls, ranging in age from 7 to 10, were invited to a formal tea party at the Nehemiah Brainerd House in Haddam.

The Nehemiah Brainerd House donated the party as a fundraiser for the PTO. The donation was for a silent auction, which focused on “An Experience of a Lifetime.”

The tea party was held on the patio of the inn and included a discussion on the history of the house with information on the lady author who owned the house in the 1930’s. The girls also took a private tour of the inn and the , which they all loved.
