Nathan Hale-Ray High School Class of 2013 Graduates

Congratulations to the Nathan Hale-Ray High School Class of 2013 who graduated Tuesday!

The eighty-seventh annual Nathan Hale-Ray High School Commencement was held at Tuesday, June 18. The rain may have kept the ceremony inside, but the graduates were all smiles on their big night!

The processional began around 6 PM as graduates were greeting by family, friends and guests that filled the school.

Following the Pledge of Allegiance and the National Anthem, the Commencement speaker, Senator Art Linares addressed the class, giving them '10 tips of advice' as they moved forward in their lives.

The Senior Ensemble sang the Class song, Green Day's 'Time of Your Life,' followed by the Class poem, Shel Silverstein's 'Where the Sidewalk Ends.

Courtney Fiala and Kristen Wicander, the class's Valedictorian's then addressed their class, followed by Salutatorian Drew Daniels.

School Principal Eric Spencer presented the graduates and soon the Class of 2013 were accepting  their diplomas!
