Boards and Commissions Feb. 21-25 in Haddam and East Haddam
This week's big event takes place in Haddam, as voters go to the polls to choose a replacement for James Spallone's vacated 36th House seat, which represents the citizens of Haddam, Chester, Deep River and Essex. Republican Janet Peckinpaugh of Essex and Democrat and Essex First Selectman Phil Miller are vying for the spot.
