Rep. Phil Miller’s Campaign Files Finance Report Nearly 2 Months Late

The filing was apparently delayed due to the June resignation of two key campaign finance members.

State Rep. Phil Miller (D) filed a campaign finance report on September 5, 2012 that had been due with the State Elections Enforcement Commission on July 10, 2012, according to a report in Valley News Now

Miller’s filing, the report said, was delayed after his campaign treasurer and deputy treasurer, Carla Feroni and Claire Tiernan respectively, resigned from the positions at the end of June. Feroni and Tiernan are both Essex residents.
