Violation of Conditions of Release, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, DUI's and Disorderly Conduct

East Haddam area police activity reports.

 

The East Haddam Police and the Connecticut State Police, Troop K in Colchester report the following incidents:

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL AND/OR DRUGS, FAILURE TO DRIVE UPON THE RIGHT, AND POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA - On Nov. 16, Justin Goodreau, 22, of 213 Waterhole Road, East Hampton was arrested by Colchester Police and charged with the above. Goodreau was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear at Norwich Superior Court in Norwich on 11/29/11 and 12/1/11.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL AND/OR DRUGS AND DISORDERLY CONDUCT - On Nov. 18, James Vigue, 51, of 96 Moodus-Leesville Road, Moodus was arrested and charged with DUI, released on a $500 non-surety bond, and given a court date of 11/30/11 at Middlesex Superior Court in Middletown. Vigue was also arrested on a separate charge of disorderly conduct, and scheduled to make an appearance in court on 11/21/11.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL AND/OR DRUGS AND TRAVELING UNREASONABLY FAST - On Nov. 20, Michael Staples, 18, of 18 Joe Williams Road, Moodus was arrested and charged with the above. Staples was released on a $500 non-surety bond and given a court date of 12/5/11.

VIOLATION OF CONDITIONS OF RELEASE - On Nov. 21, James Vigue, 51, of 96 Moodus-Leesville Road, Moodus was arrested and charged with the above. Vigue was held on a $25,000 bond and is scheduled to appear at Middlesex Superior Court in Middletown on 12/23/11.
