Troop K Police Logs: June 1-2, 2012

Surfboard theft in Moodus; missing generator, air conditioners and gas grill in East Haddam; DUI; and breach of peace.

A resident of Trowbridge Road in Moodus reported the theft of 2 surfboards. Both were made by Oceanline and are white and green in color. A red and yellow plastic kids dune buggy was also reported missing from the same residence. Anyone with information is being asked to contact Corporal Karl Karabeinikoff at the East Haddam Police Department, 860-873-1226.

Michael F. Ewankow, 54, of Norwich-Salem Road, East Haddam was charged with failure to drive to the right and two counts of driving under the influence. He was released on a $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on 6/6/12.

June 2, 2012

A resident of Smith Road in East Haddam reported a missing generator, 3 air conditioners, a gas grill and a pool pump from his residence. The case is currently under investigation.

Michael J. Veseskis, 23, of 162 Fall Road in Moodus was charged with breach of peace, 2nd degree stalking and reckless endangerment. He was released on a $1500 security bond and was scheduled to appear in court on 6/4/12.
