I think when people get stopped for hazardous moving violations like unsafe lane changes, cell phone usage, failure to signal, etc, they should have to take a mandatory driving skills course that focuses on their attitudes and issues within 6 months and if they don't or fail the course they lose their license. Driving is not a right and you do not have the right to drive anyway you want, many people have a pretty bad attitude towards driving and what their responsibilites are to other drivers and people. Look at the Traffic Reports on any local news show on any given morning, the state is littered with people that cannot drive to work without wiping out, most of them because they are using their smart-phones in some manner, on the net, texting, watching tv or a video. It's pretty sad.
Please introduce yourself, more than happy to meet with you.
