State Police Plan "Ticket Blitz"
The enforcement action starts today and includes sections of Route 2 through Colchester.
State police are planning a "ticket blitz" this holiday weekend, NBC Connecticut reports.
During the holiday traffic enforcement officers will focus on a stretch of Interestate 84 east of and including Vernon, and a portion of Route 2 in Colchester. Route 2 connects to Route 85 between Salem and East Haddam.
