Haddam Police Blotter: May 13-16, 2012

Connecticut State Police-Troop F and the Haddam Resident Troopers' Office report the following incidents.

David Foreman of 170 Pokeomy Rd., Higganum was operating a Dodge Dakota when he reportedly struck the rear end of a Subaru Outback driven by Linda Westerholm of 925 Killingworth Rd., Higganum. Both were traveling northbound on Killingworth Rd. at the time of the incident. Foreman was reported as having left the scene of the accident. He was later aprehended and charged with evading responsibility, speeding and failure to carry current proof of insurance. Foreman is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on 5/24/2012.

A Higganum juvenile was arrested at approx 7:30 p.m. for fighting with a parent. The juvenile caused the disturbance and damaged a screen door after his parents found alcohol in his bedroom, according to Tfc Milardo.

The juvenile has been charged with disorderly conduct, possession of alcohol by a minor and criminal mischief. After the arrest, he was brought to Middlesex Hospital for evaluation.

He was previously arrested on May 10, 2012 and charged with breach of peace and resisting/ interfering with a police officer. On May 8, he was arrested for disorderly conduct.

He is scheduled to appear at Middletown Juvenile Matters on 05/23/2012 for all three cases.

May 16, 2012

Brittiney Church, age 21, of 21 Weiss Rd, Haddam was arrested on two outstanding arrest warrants and charged with the following:

  • Rocky Hill Arrest Warrant- failure to appear, possession of narcotics, interfering with police and disorderly conduct. $20,0000 court set bond.
  • Danielson Superior Court Arrest Warrant- violation of probation. $25,000 court set bond.
