Police at the Troop F barracks in Westbrook report the following arrests:
Stephen Hart, 21, of 64 Hemlock Valley Road, East Haddam, was arrested in Deep River March 4 and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Russell Baker, 23, of 107 Quarry Road, Haddam, was arrested March 4 in Chester and charged with driving with a suspended license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of a marker plate, possession of drug paraphernali and possession of a controlled substance.

Scott Buschendorf, 19, of 204 Hidden Lake Road, Higganum, was arrested March 15 in Durham and charged with driving without a license, operating without insurance and speeding.
Linda Quagliaroli, 45, of 34 East Shore Drive, Higganum, was arrested March 17 in Haddam and charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to maintain lane.

Bryan Galant, 22, of 26 Rutty Ferry Road, Haddam, was arrested March 17 in Westbrook and charged with disorderly conduct.
Thomas M. Levine, 37, of 307 Beaver Meadow Road, Haddam, was arrested March 18 in Haddam and charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, misuse of marker plates and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
Matthew Carpenter, 55, of 37 Shore Drive, Higganum, was arrested March 19 in Haddam and charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right.
