Higganum Resident Did Donuts Because He was "Bored"

Police were called to Weiss Albert and Foot Hills Roads last Sunday when a black BMW was seen doing "donuts" in the intersection.

 

Information provided by CT State Police, Troop F

David O'Brien, 22, of Candlewood Hill Rd., in Higganum addmitted to police that he was doing donuts at the intersection of Weiss Albert Road and Foot Hills Road on March 10 at about 2 p.m. O'Brien told police he was "bored." 

The accused operator, who was driving a black 2005 BMW, was confronted by a resident, who then called State Police. 

O'Brien was charged with reckless driving and creating a public disturbance. He is scheduled to appear at Middletown court on 03/25/13.
