Higganum Man Becomes Agitated Over Pair of Shoes
On St. Patrick's Day, a Candlewood Road resident was placed under arrest for interfering with an officer.

On March 17, Ronald Bamber of 231 Candlewood Road in Higganum was arrested and charged with interfering with an officer.

According to police, Bamber was intoxicated and agitated when they arrived at the Candlewood Road address. When police attempted to get Bamber a pair of shoes from his residence, he became agitated and confrontational.
Bamber was placed under arrest without incident and charged with interfering with an officer.
