Todd Goodspeed, 23, of Parker Road in East Haddam was arrested and charged with evading, failure to carry a registration, failure to carry a license, failure to drive right, making an improper turn, driving under the influence and traveling an unreasonable speed after he struck a telephone pole on Mount Parnassus Road and evaded the scene.

Frederick Post , 62, of 66 Route 81 in Killingworth was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and 3rd degree assault. He was released on $1000 bond.

Gerald Tuttle, 23, of Baker Road in East Haddam was charged with operating under a suspended license.

Raymond Kuritz, 19, of 14 Alger Road in Moodus was ticketed for traveling too fast for conditions when the car he was driving drifted into a snow bank, causing it to flip onto its side. The incident took place on Route 82 in the Ray Hill area of East Haddam.

Taylor Ann March, 18, of 154 Falls Road in Moodus was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct. Jennifer March, 41, of the same address was also taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct.
