Connecticut State Police, Troop F, Westbrook, report the following arrests and activity:
RECKLESS DRIVING GREATER THAN 85 MPH, DUI, FAILURE TO DRIVE IN PROPER LANE — On Feb. 11 at 2:25 a.m., Brian L. Leek, 19, of Ridgefield Drive, Middletown, was seen operating his car erratically on Route 9 north between exits 7 and 8. Leek was arrested and given a court date in Middletown of Feb. 25.
THEFT — On Feb. 11 at 7:17 p.m., Ranger Road in Haddam residents reported that prescription narcotics were stolen while service people were in the house. Troop F is investigating.

DUI, RECKLESS DRIVING — On Feb. 10 at 10:46 p.m., Brittany A. Mouris, 20 of West Main Street, Cheshire, was seen traveling at a high rate of speed on Route 9 northbound at Exit 7 in Haddam. She has a court date of Feb . 23.
VIOLATION OF PROBATION — On Feb. 8 at 5:30 p.m. Sean A. Visintainer, 24, of 56 Falls-Bashan Road, East Haddam, turned himself into Troop F on an active PRAWN re-arrest warrant out of Middletown. His court date is Feb. 15.
