Burglary and Larceny, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell and Violations of Protective Orders

East Haddam area police activity reports.

 

The East Haddam Police and the Connecticut State Police, Troop K in Colchester report the following incidents:

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA, POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA WITH INTENT TO SELL AND POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA - On Dec. 20 at approximately 1:00 p.m., Thomas Falvey, 28, of 70 Woodland Road,  Moodus was arrested for the above charges. Falvey was released on a $10,000 insured bond and scheduled to appear at Norwich Superior Court in Norwich on 1/5/12.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT - On Dec. 21 at approximately 9:59 p.m., East Haddam Police were dispatched to a Sheepskin Hollow Road, East Haddam address for a domestic altercation in progress. Paul Ferrero, 18, of 108 Sheepskin Hollow Road, East Haddam and Victor Ferrero, 20, of the same address were both arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. They were both processed at Troop K, each released on $500 bonds, and scheduled to appear at Middlesex Superior Court in Middletown on 12/22/11.

VIOLATION OF A PROTECTIVE ORDER AND BREACH OF PEACE - On Dec. 22 at approximately 6:30 p.m., Samuel Shepley, 20, of 15 Triangle Drive, Moodus was arrested and charged with the above, as a result of a domestic dispute with a family member. Shepley was released on a $5,500 cash bond and given a court date of 12/23/11 at Middlesex Superior Court.

LARCENY - On Dec. 22 at 3:54 p.m., police were called to a Main Street, East Haddam residence to investigate a complaint of an undisclosed amount of money reported missing from the home. Police stated that there was no forced entry, and they will continue to investigate.

BURGLARY AND LARCENY - On Dec. 23, Gregory Hallowell, 21, of 117 East Haddam-Colchester Turnpike, East Haddam turned himself in to Troop K for warrant servicing, related to charges for 3rd-degree burglary and 3rd-degree larceny. Hallowell was released on a $10,000 insured bond, pending a court date of 1/3/12 at Middlesex Superior Court in Middletown.

VIOLATION OF A PROTECTIVE ORDER - On Dec. 26 at approximately 7:50 p.m., police were conducting routine motor-vehicle enforcement in East Haddam. A passenger in one of the vehicles that was stopped, Robert McKeever, 23, of 109 High Street, Baltic was found to be in violation of an active restraining order and was taken into custody. McKeever was later released on a $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear at Middlesex Superior Court on 12/27/11.
