Boater Suffers Allergic Reaction While Docked on Haddam Island

Marine crews from the HVFC and the East Haddam Fire Department responded to the incident on September 8.

On September 8, an individual suffered an allergic reaction on a boat docked on Haddam Island according to the Haddam Volunteer Fire Company Facebook page.  Marine crews from the HVFC and the East Haddam Fire Department responded to the incident, along with a Middlesex Hospital paramedic who was onboard Haddam's Marine-13.

The individual was stabilized, brought to shore and transported by Haddam Ambulance to Middlesex Hospital, HVFC says.
