Teacher Survey results regarding Schedule Change at NHRHS

The East Haddam Teacher's Association has published the results of their survey to teachers regarding the new schedule slated to go into affect at the high school next year. (www.easthaddamteachers.com) This survey was conducted last month.  Some results from that survey are as follows:

83.33% of teaches do not feel that their voice was heard in regard to the schedule change process

85.71% of teachers do not believe the schedule change will provide more options for students

66.67% of teachers do not believe that a change should be made to the current high school schedule

92.59% of teachers do not believe that the 6 drop 2 schedule featured at the September 10th meeting is the best schedule change to make

The question now is, will the Board of Education listen to the teachers, parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and citizens of East Haddam and intervene on our behalf?
