NHRMS chorus shares holiday cheer

This past week, a group of students from Nathan Hale-Ray Middle School in East Haddam made their annual trip to Chesthelm and the Senior Center to spread some holiday cheer via their musical talents. The newly formed Renaissance Recorder Ensemble serenaded the audiences with some lively music  from the 13th  through the 15th centuries. The Show Choir provided their own “nostalgia” with songs and dance routines from this century. As one Senior Center member remarked to the group’s director, Marisa Alfano, “You just get better every year!”
