About The Durham
Cooperative Nursery School

The Durham Cooperative Nursery School was founded in 1957 and is still an integral part of the community providing a quality early childhood education program. We are about children discovering and mastering their environment while learning to respect one another. We believe parent involvement is essential to our school’s philosophy and most important we are about children and parents making friendships that last long after the Co-op.

The Durham Cooperative
Nursery school is having an OPEN HOUSE on Tuesday, April 22, 2015. The school will be open to visit from 4pm-7pm for parents and children to visit, meet some teachers, see the school and ask questions.

The 3-year-old program meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00am-12:00.

The 4-year-old program meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9AM-12PM with an option for extended day until 2PM.
