The History, Lore & Legacy of the Civilian Conservation Corps Camps in Connecticut

Marty Podskoch, author of Adirondack Civilian Conservation Corps Camps: History, Memories, and Legacy, Adirondack Fire Towers: Their History & Lore (Southern & Northern Districts), and Adirondack Stories: Historical Sketches, will give a Power Point presentation on the History, Lore & Legacy of the Civilian Conservation Corps camps in Connecticut. It will include pictures he has gathered from the CT DEEP and former CCC members and their families.


Marty Podskoch will have all of his books available after the presentation for sale and signing.


The event is free but space is limited. Please register in advance by calling the Killingworth Library at 860-663-2000 or stopping by in person.
