Are you eating genetically modified food? Join us we watch"Genetic Roulette" - a film that shows how GMOs (genetically modified organisms) have crept into our food supply and how they impact us. According to the film, GMOs may be linked to rising health problems including GI disorders, allergies, inflammatory and audioimmune diseases, and infertility. This film has generated controversy and does not reflect the beliefs of GM producers.

After the film there will be a discussion. State Representative Phil Miller, will talk about his legislative efforts to have Connecticut pass the first-in-the-nation food labeling law for GMOs. His stance is that consumers have the right to know what is in their food.

Did Phil Miller go to college and if so what was his major? Something in the hard sciences?

Why not ask Phil Miller if you are interested in his college background? Are Consumers required to have attended college to question the healthiness of GMOs in our food supply?

No, I just have grave doubts that Mr. Miller understands what he is talking about.
