Ecumenical Thanksgiving Event

In an effort to bring the town together in the spirit of Thanksgiving, First Church of Christ, Congregational, 499 Town Street, East Haddam will host a concert/event/service on the Sunday before Thanksgiving.  In recent years our tradition of gathering together for this event, which raises funds for the Fuel Bank and collects food offerings for the Food Bank, was suspended.  This is an effort to restore this tradition, and to that end all local houses of worship and civic organizations have been invited to participate.  A goodwill offering will be collected, and all are invited to attend.  Those musicians or lay people interested in taking part should call 860-537-2052.
