Join us on Saturday February 2, 2013 for the 2nd annual Polar Plunge Fundraiser sponsored by Youth Helping Youth*. Feel alive and rejuvenated like never before, and help provide a scholarship to a graduating high school senior.

Each participate must complete a registration and waiver form. Completed forms can be returned to the Nathan Hale-Ray High School main office, or can be mailed to East Haddam Youth & Family Services (PO Box 572, Moodus). Forms should be returned no later than Friday January 25, 2013.
Youth Helping Youth is suggesting a $5 donation to participate. If desired, donate $20 and receive an event t-shirt.

*Youth Helping Youth is a high school leadership group dedicated to creating positive experiences and activities for all youth in East Haddam. Members work with East Haddam Youth & Family Services, Inc. and Nathan Hale-Ray High School to dedicate their time to community service, prevention and leadership activities throughout the community.
