HKHS PROJECT GRADUATION

Fundraisers

Butter Braid-  Project Graduation will be having a Butter Braid sale will start taking orders on 1/28 and forms to be in by 3/3. Pick up of orders will be 4/2 from 5-7pm at the High School. The Butter Braid flavors are Strawberry Cream Cheese, Apple, Blueberry cream cheese, Cinnamon, Raspberry, Bavarian(Boston Crème) and Caramel Rolls(9).  Checks to HKHS Project Graduation. Cost is $12 per item. High School students will have order forms sent home via report cards. Any questions, please contact Mary Lorenc at 860-990-0519

 SCRIPS(Gift Card Fundraiser) = 2/5/14– Deadline for our SCRIP order.  Please have your check and a copy of the order at the High School office before the end of the school day on 3/5.  Make checks payable to H-K Project Graduation.  Label your envelope “Project Grad”.    If you haven’t yet, please check out the web site:   www.shopwithscrip.com.  Any questions, contact Laura Roman at 860-345-3583 or landdroman@gmail.com.

HK Project Graduation is continuing with the recycling fundraiser so please look for the green bins in all of RSD 17 schools, Brainerd Library, Killingworth Town Hall, Killingworth transfer station & Killingworth Library. Please consider donating used cell phones, ink jet cartridges, digital cameras, laptops, etc.   Any questions, feel free to contact Lynn Breton 860-452-4266 or lbreton19@comcast.net.   Updates will be added to the Project Graduation link on the district website.

PROJECT GRADUATION IS LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS TO ASSIST WITH DECORATION MAKING. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY – SEE BELOW FOR DETAILS:

Decorations Committee is looking for volunteers to help make the decorations. You can take a project home to work on for our committee.  The Decorations committee will start meeting every Tuesday at 6:30pm in the HKHS Art Rm B116 on January 28, 2014. If you can help us for ½ hr to hour it would be greatly appreciated. Please contact KCCallahan@uks.com  if you can help with decorations.

Chaperones needed: Contact Sue Craffey at jcraffey@snet.net or 860-345-3908 if you are interested in chaperoning in June 2014.

Food volunteers: Please contact Stacey Grimaldi ssgrimaldi@comcast.net  if you are able to help with donations.

Our meetings are the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7pm in the Lower Media Center.  Please check the HKHS Project Graduation website. The dates for 2014 are as follows:  2/11, 3/11, 4/8, 5/13 & 6/10.  Come and join the fun on the Project Graduation Committee!!!
