Silver Alert: Richard Guadalupe
A silver alert has been issued for a 50 year old intellectually disabled man from Essex, CT.
According to a report on WTNH 8, Richard Guadalupe was last seen in Essex on August 6. He is reported as being a 5'9" white man with brown eyes and black hair. He weighs about 166 lbs.
Guadalupe was last spotted wearing a green shirt with blue jeans. He had a large blue duffle bag and it is believed he may have attempted to take a bus to Hartford.

Guadalupe is considered intellectually disabled and is in need of medications.
