"Full of Ourselves"

Is your daughter looking for something to do with her friends over the summer? Is she hoping to make new friends for the new school year? Are you interested in helping her become a stronger, more confident young woman as she enters the middle school? Then this is the program for her!

What is it? 

o A girl’s group that addresses critical issues such as leadership, self-esteem, and mental & physical health through games, discussion and activities.

Who is it for? 

o Girls making the transition from 5th to 6th grade are invited to join us for fun, games, growth and new friendships! 

When is it? 

o Each will last for only one week, Monday – Thursday, 9am – 12pm. When you register your child, you can pick which session to join:

o Session One: June 27th-30th 

o Session Two: July 11th-14th 

o Session Three: July 25th-28th 

o Session Four: August 1st-4th

Where is it? 

o Nathan Hale Ray Middle School 

 At the end of the program, girls ideally will demonstrate the following: 

1. Increased self-acceptance and body acceptance.

2. Higher levels of self-esteem and confidence.

3. Advanced leadership skills.

4. A wider range of coping skills to use in response to stressful or emotional situations.

5. Healthier eating and exercise habits.
