Rocketry Club: The Central Connecticut Rocketry Club is being formed to promote STEM education, foster interest in science and engineering, and to give students a hands-on creative outlet for their scientific interests. The goal of the club is to engender a desire to learn through hand-on experimentation and to support the activities of the Rocketry Team. Click for details.

4. RiverFest 2012 Countdown: In a few short weeks on October 13 from 2-5 p.m., Devil’s Hopyard State Park will play host to Riverfest 2012, a FREE family event celebrating the Eightmile River Watershed.
