'Winter Wipeout,' 'The Big Bang Theory,' 'Perfect Couples'

Check Out Comedic Stylings of Golden Globe Winner Parsons, who Prevailed Against '30 Rock' and 'The Office.'

The Big Bang Theory, 8 p.m., CBS

I was so happy Jim Parsons won the Golden Globe. I love when talent gets rewarded. Plus, he seems funny in real life. Tonight, Wolowitz’s girlfriend Bernadette runs into an old boyfriend when they are out on a date. Guess who the ex is? Rick Fox. That kind of casting is why I love this show.

Perfect Couples, 8:30 p.m., NBC

The Peacock is rolling out this new comedy, bringing back Parks and Rec, and creating an all-new concept in primetime network television: All Sitcom Night. That’s right, six sitcoms. In a row. This show is a retread of a thousand that came before it: it features a long married, a newly married and a not-married couple. Zzzzzz.
