Representative Ziobron Hosts State Capitol “Open House”

On Monday, December 30th State Representative Melissa Ziobron is hosting an “Open House” at the Connecticut State Capital. Rep. Ziobron is inviting people of all ages to join her for a fun day at Connecticut’s center of government beginning with a 9:30 am “behind-the-scenes” office visit and a tour of our historic State Capital building at 10am. Reasonably priced lunches are available in the legislative cafeteria during the day. In addition to the Capitol tour there is free ice skating available in nearby Bushnell Park and free tours of the State Library. Those wishing to attend should come to the Legislative Office Building at 300 Capital Avenue in Hartford and use the visitor parking garage. Guests can meet outside of room 4200 in the Legislative Office Building.  Rep. Ziobron asks that those planning to attend RSVP to Melissa.ziobron@housegop.ct.gov to allow for proper planning.
