Preschool Assistance Funds- East Haddam

The East Haddam Early Childhood Council is announcing the availability of a very limited amount of Preschool Assistance Funds. Preschool Assistance Funds are provided to subsidize the cost of preschool for families in need. Families must meet Reduced Price Lunch income guidelines. The funds are available for a child who will be four years old by January 1, 2014 (can go to Kindergarten in 2014-15) and is an East Haddam resident. Funds are available for use in a private preschool center in East Haddam. Transportation to the preschool program is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. Parents or guardians will be responsible for a Family Fee of $15 per week payable to the preschool program. Funds are very limited. Placements will be made as eligible applications are received and verified. First come, first served. Contact cpraisner@prodigy.net to begin application process (include income level).
