On Wednesday evening, August 14, East Haddam Police report that several tools were found on the road in the area of Mott Lane and Eli Chapman Road in Moodus. It's believed that they may have fallen off of the owner's vehicle. If you are the owner of these tools, please contact Officer Jeff Rhoades at 860-891-8200 to identify and claim them.
