Join the Haddam Historical Society for an afternoon informal exchange with long-time Haddam Neck residents as they reminisce about growing up and living in the "Neck." Did you know Haddam Neck once had its own baseball team and dances were held on Haddam Island! Have you heard the story of eccentric Captain Fred Olsen who lived with three chickens Martha, George and Sebastian Washington? Many of our speakers have lived in the "Neck" their entire lives and have wonderful memories of this unique community "on the other side." For additional information please call 860-345-2400.
